The field trip begins with a fun, informative film about the caves in our theatre-style cinema. The film is tailored to each age group and introduces students to the history of the caverns as well as key geological information.

Pupils then explore the amazing natural formations of the caves – from stalagmites and stalactites to our very own “Fairy Door Hunt”. We provide materials for a fun fossil quiz to test students’ knowledge.
